Again, you've described differences between these two things, but its still not a valid reason to not be able to sell a used xbox game. I realize its possible to download a game. We arent talking about games on steam or selling xbox live arcade games though. Its obvious why developers are getting into digital distribution. It stops people from doing what they dont want them to do.
Im telling you, if a law ever gets passed that bans the sale of used video games, its going to open the fucking floodgates. Every corporation in the world will follow suit and lobby for it to be illegal to sell their used products, or at least without them getting some coin for it.
