Another news week has come and gone, and this one was thick as heck. The digital Gamescom 2021 took place this week, and with it, Opening Night Live, an Xbox showcase, and plenty more. It wasn’t the only thing either. Join us as we talk about all the biggest news from the week on the latest Shacknews Dump.

On this August 27 edition of the Shacknews Dump, we’re of course hitting some of the highlights of the Gamescom news cycle, including Halo release dates, April O’Neil as a playable character in several video games, and plenty more. Activision Blizzard’s legal hole may be deepening after allegations that it may have been destroying documents relevant to the lawsuit. Also, Fortnite launched a Martin Luther King Jr. exhibit. Is that the right place for an MLK exhibit?

Join us as we chat about these topics and more on the Shacknews Dump, going live on the Shacknews Twitch channel at 1:30 p.m. PT / 4:30 p.m. ET. You can also watch just below.
