Shacknews Dump - August 14, 2020

They say a Dump delayed is a bigger, better Dump later. Or is it Halo: Infinite they say that about? Who knows, but we're going to talk about it today's Shacknews Dump.

We feel bad. We have so much to say about Apple, Epic Games, and other such major gaming news, but we didn’t come prepared with a cringy Fortnite spoof video about it. Nonetheless, the Dump finds a way and we’re going to be talking about all the hottest topics in the gaming space on this fine Friday.

On this August 14 edition of the Shacknews Dump (as you may have guessed), we’ve got Halo delays and Epic Games/Apple lawsuits to talk about. It’s certainly a shame that Halo Infinite was delayed to 2021, but it may be preferable to 343 Industries breaking the game into smaller parts. Meanwhile, Epic Games is going to legal war with Google and Apple over the removal of Fortnite from both Google Play and the iOS App Store, but they only came up with a trailer for Apple. Sorry Google.

These and other topics will be coming at you as we go live on the Shacknews Twitch Channel with the Shacknews Dump at 1:15p.m. PT / 4:15p.m. ET. You can also catch the Dump in the embedded video below.

Here’s the full line-up of what’s coming on today’s Shacknews Dump:

As always, we’d like to thank our viewers, followers, and subscribers for your support in all of the things we do here at Shacknews. Whether you throw a little bit of your hard-earned money our way or just hit that follow button or comment, you help make this fun and continually allow us to bring interesting projects to the table. As a reminder, if you have an Amazon Prime subscription, you actually get a free Twitch subscription each month to use as you will. If by chance you’d like to throw it our way, we’d happily accept it. Need help with that? Follow our guide on linking your Twitch and Amazon Prime accounts.

We only delay the Dump when we absolutely have to. It’s healthier for everyone that way! So batten down the hatches and get ready for another Shacknews Dump coming your way live on the Shacknews Twitch channel shortly.
