Todd Howard searching for more projects to complete before shipping The Elder Scrolls 6

Fans of The Elder Scrolls series may have to wait even longer for TES6 to release.

Shantynews

This summer will mark three years since Bethesda Softworks announced The Elder Scrolls 6 is in development, and we haven't really heard jack shit about the video game since.

Sure, we may get hype trailers at the Geoff Keighley Awards every-so-often, but we want to play this fucking game. Sadly, news broke today that Bethesda is working on an Indiana Jones video game with Todd Howard taking point on the project.

We reached out to Todd's people for comment, and he actually responded!

"Look, after shipping the turd that is Fallout 76, we really needed to get back to the drawing board. The Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield are still in development, but have you guys ever thought about how cool Indiana Jones is? We are also looking into developing more Lucasfilm Games in the future. Anything to keep me from shipping what Bethesda fans really want."

Some franchises from film, TV, and music that Todd is looking at rebooting include The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Earthbound, Viewtiful Joe, Diddy Kong Racing, WinAmp, Golden Sun, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Spy Hunter, Power Stone, Tecmo Super Bowl, Dillon's Rolling Western, Road Rash, Zork, Klax, The Last Starfighter, Death Stranding, Night Trap, The Adventures of Lolo, Astyanax, Blinx: The Time Sweeper, Faxanadu, Ice Climber, Fuzion Frenzy, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Rygar, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!, Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, Kung Fu, Jet Set Radio, R.C. Pro-Am, Captain Quazar, and Halo.

Most of Todd's days are spent daydreaming about projects to work on instead of The Elder Scrolls 6. Surely, the Indiana Jones project will take priority, and it is just a matter of time before Todd Howard takes on more work to avoid finishing TES6. Forget about Starfield. Just play Star Citizen instead.
