The hardened criminal Kano was revealed for Mortal Kombat X earlier this week. One of MK's tougher competitors, Kano is also a bit of a perennial staple for the franchise. Interestingly, he's making the trip to this new game, even though his nemesis, Sonya Blade, is being represented by her offspring.

So how has the cybernetically-enhanced villain progressed over the course of the past 20 years? You can get a good look in the video below, showing Kano's progression from his 16-bit heyday to his current MKX incarnation.
