Red Faction: Armageddon trailer introduces Kara

The new trailer for Red Faction: Armageddon introduces Kara, alongside some new character screenshots.

A new trailer for Red Faction: Armageddon has arrived, introducing the destructive shooter's streetwise and scientific smuggler, Kara. Apparently, she ran away from the Marauders at an early age, electing to pursue the popular vocation of transporting contraband between Mars and Earth. In other words, she's sort of like a cuter version of Han Solo.

Whereas Kara is a rebellious trouble-seeker, Darius Mason - the games's main protagonist, and grandson of Alec - just wants to live his life. The two team up due to their mutual interest in staying hidden.

Some new screenshots of Armageddon's bigger players accompany the trailer, including some of Kara and Darius, as well as some shots of characters Winters - a Red Faction Sergeant - and Hale, a long-time enemy of the Mason family.

Red Faction: Armageddon is due out on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on May 31, 2011 in North America, and June 3 "across the globe."

Don't listen to the troll. Its a fun game. Bringing down a building with a few well placed charges and your trusty sledge just brings a smile to your face.
        Pretty good story too.
