Most people are in the position Serpico74 is in: encode to h.264, deliver via <video> or Flash. A few people are dual-encoding to h.264 and VP8. Neither of those groups is much affected by this.
I really do not see how this suddenly changes anything for pretty much anybody given that Chrome is so much smaller than Firefox.
