and HTML5/CSS3 is a LOT more than just the video tag, that is simply one aspect of it. if the goal is to get away from Flash for video, however, ditching H.264 is almost counter-intuitive. will sites now re-encode everything to WebM for that small percentage of users or will they just keep their Flash video players and call it a day?
