How to get to Lectra City in Borderlands 3

Find your way to Lectra City, an area tucked away on Promethea in Borderlands 3.

Lectra City is a location in Borderlands 3 that contains quite a few side quests. When players first hear of area, it will be for a Moxxi mission, but unless you track it immediately, Borderlands 3 isn’t too clear on how to get to Lectra City.

How to get to Lectra City

Lectra City is an area players must venture to for the Moxxi side quest, Kill Killavolt. This is first picked up in the Meridian Metroplex area on Promethea – which is where the entrance to Lectra City is located. This location is also where you can get the Rick and Morty gun, the Redundant Phebert.

To reach Lectra City, start in Lorelei’s base to the south area of Meridian Metroplex. Go down to where the Catch-a-Ride station is and then head directly north. At the fork, take a right, then cut through the alleyway to the north.

Electra City Borderlands 3
Electra City is found at the top of the stairs in Knoxx Station in Meridian Metroplex on Promethea.

Cross the street and go up the stairs to the small arena. This area is called Knoxx Station and it should be familiar for those who have spent a little bit of time in Meridian Metroplex doing the main mission and side quests. At the rear of this arena is a set of stairs leading up to a loading zone – this is the entrance to Lectra City.

Interact with the doorway to be transported to Lectra City, where Killavolt awaits. From this point on, you’re not too far from being able to equip a class mod in Borderlands 3. It’s still worth holding onto whatever class mods you do manage to find, as you can always sell them later if they’re no good.

Figuring out how to get to Lectra City in Borderlands 3 can be a bit troublesome. Unless you’re in the correct area, the waypoint will not show you the entrance. Thankfully, it’s only a short way from Lorelei’s base in Meridian Metroplex. With that sorted, head over to the Shacknews Borderlands 3 guide for more helpful walkthroughs.
