ShackStream: The Division 2 Open Beta

Ubisoft is making the final preparations for the release of its new loot shooter sequel The Division 2. Only a few years since the release of the first game in the series, the cold, icy streets of New York City have been replaced by a warmer, overgrown Washington D.C. The sequel promises an evolution of the series’ gameplay and cooperative raiding.

Ahead of the March 15 launch on consoles and PC, Ubisoft has just gone live with an open beta for The Division 2. Player can get a taste of the early-game experience, as well as hands-on time with end-game gear, specializations, and tactics. A small slice of the PvP Dark Zone will be available as well during the open beta period.

On today’s ShackStream, The Wolf and Charles have grand intentions of regulating the streets of D.C. and restoring order to the nation’s capital. We plan to battle the ruthless Hyenas, but will likely end up talking about food, sauce, and poop. The fun kicks off at 2:15 PM EST (11:15 AM PST) on the Official Shacknews Twitch Channel.

You can gain an extra level and I believe there's an additional main mission in it. You do start over from the beginning though, no saved progress.
