Please Take A Look is a show we feature weekly on the Official Shacknews Twitch Channel. EA Sports’ long-running American football franchise has been absent from the PC for more than a decade, but makes its triumphant return as it launches today through EA Origin Access Premier.           I started using the app on win10 and twitch works way better than on ff or chrome.

      the improved textures, resolution, lighting, etc makes their janky core running animation just stick out more and more every year

          yeah it's really frustrating. I go through cycles of enjoying Madden for a year or two then getting very annoyed for 2-4 years and staying away then coming back. It's just ridiculous to compare it to even other EA games these days. Obviously they have some unique physics constraints compared to other games but still. It's clearly a very foundational part of the game that changing is monumentally difficult and thus is never going to get done without serious market pressure to do so.

      Such a different game on PC, only because of loading times. Especially in the MUT mode, there are a lot of those.

        Super super fast load times, it's great.
        Only thing that's worrying is a potential small playerbase for the Auction House stuff, but we'll have to wait and see how that plays out.

          Yea, a quick look showed fewer things listed, and at way higher prices, than on the consoles. But that may just be a factor of it having just launched. Hoping muthead.com adds PC to it's price tracking.
