Borderlands 2's final Headhunter pack coming April 15

The last Headhunter pack for Borderlands 2 is releasing April 15. It also may be the final Borderlands 2 DLC as a whole, as Gearbox calls it "one last adventure."

Borderlands 2 Game of the Year edition hits in October with most DLC

Publisher 2K today announced the GotY's on its way, including the base game and most, but not all, of the DLC released so far--but oh, not the new stuff that's in the pipeline.

3D Realms suing Gearbox over Duke Nukem Forever royalties

It seemed the Duke Nukem Forever saga was finally over, released and sunk without a trace, but oh no, not quite. Creator 3D Realms has filed a lawsuit against Gearbox Software--the developer which bought DNF after 3DR failed then finished the game--claiming that the Borderlands developer hasn't paid everything it owes, and is blocking an audit to find quite how much that is.

Borderlands 2 Xbox 360 patch targets save-wiping hack

A particularly nasty exploit in the Xbox 360 edition of Borderlands 2 saw players' characters wiped if they happened to play online with someone who used a hack, making the usually-oh-so-friendly Xbox Live a potential deathtrap for your vault hunter. The promised patch to fix it has now been rolled out, so you should be as safe online with random strangers as you'll ever be.
