I have a CBT workbook and stuff like that, I just realized I say "have fun" all the time but I never actually do anything that's sustained fun. Which seems pretty depressed/hypothyroid/we're figuring t out but drs were all on vacation.
(DC peeps if we're enough who are sociable enough want to plan a fun Shackmeet? Etc. )

I do use CBT books - one about anxiety and phobias, one about hoarding, one about anxiety induced procrastination, one about codependency because what the hell, I'm an ACA so might as well consider it - just not seeing anyone specifically about it. Whenever my friends say stuff like "I fucked up!" I go all CBT-ish and try to get them to use less negative language about themselves. Also in my inbox here actually. And a LOT with my ex cause his home life was clearly - yeah he was as hypervigilant as I used to be; we did a lot of chill out you just spilled and they'll replace the carpets when I leave anyway work.
Glad you did! When I was running an anxiety room I suggested it constantly and the one guy who did it stopped coming by because he was actually pretty much fine after. He'd had a quick onset so that was a sort of unusually easy fix, but that's a lot of why I pushed it. For a year. Before he tried.
You can't say I'm not persistent, at least. When it's someone else's health. ;)
