I have a CBT workbook and stuff like that, I just realized I say "have fun" all the time but I never actually do anything that's sustained fun. Which seems pretty depressed/hypothyroid/we're figuring t out but drs were all on vacation.
(DC peeps if we're enough who are sociable enough want to plan a fun Shackmeet? Etc. )

Oh god long-ass dysgraphic perstephanie post here:
Happily my new dr (I need someone who's better on thyroid shit but this guy is good for pain & for now) is my pdoc's dr, so I just said "Hey can you send him my genetic stuff?" & he was like "Yeah." I think he's on a list of people I told my medical dr could get info about me if he asks for it, so it was entirely uncomplicated. He lets me do permission stuff verbally a lot, cause sometimes it's like "Do not tell my father anything" and other times it's "My dad told me to stop self-diagnosing when I said I needed EMDR; it's gonna be stronger coming from you because that's not even a diagnosis."
I don't call my dad out on legal stuff, no one calls my sister out on 18th century poetry, and my dad acts like my psych knowledge is all pretend. I may not have graduated, but I've either known what diagnoses people had or what they needed to discuss with their dr's so they'd realize they were depressed/had PTSD/have OCD and I haven't called one wrong yet.
When my ex went off his lithium he sent me a fairly normal text and my reply was "When did you go off your meds?" (His reply was, "What are you on?" bc I was high but again not obvious to anyone else, so we may be able to read far too much into brief exchanges by now).
Blahhh words. I also have trouble methylizing folate, process benzos quickly and efficiently so they don't 100% work at the low doses (or what people consider put-you-asleep doses), am high risk for getting the blood sugar side effects from a lot of stuff, all side effects from SSRIs, stuff I've forgotten that's somewhere filed with my health records. And I once had a seizure so everyone is terrified to just let me take Wellbutrin even though I'm on at least two meds that also act as anti-seizure stuff and it was caused by blood sugar, not the drug. They just wig out forever if that happens, and it did to my sister once too, so then you have a genetic pattern except I've been on it like 6 times for years and the seizure happened when my other health junk was way way bad and crazy.
Either that or it's acupuncture's fault. (It was not).
