I have a CBT workbook and stuff like that, I just realized I say "have fun" all the time but I never actually do anything that's sustained fun. Which seems pretty depressed/hypothyroid/we're figuring t out but drs were all on vacation.
(DC peeps if we're enough who are sociable enough want to plan a fun Shackmeet? Etc. )

The other stuff, we've started - this is a week off kind of but maintenance just came and cleaned out all my a/c and vents to lower my allergen load and pest control comes Friday so at least my environment is healthier, which was I think my can-do-military-moves-with-her-11-month-old-easily hurricane of a friend's plan. She has maybe found and discreetly moved wayyy too much sensitive stuff though. I'm like, shit she knows everything weird about me whew she didn't ask but aahhhh.
I mean I read nonstop so my brain is somewhere, and I just made a couple things of laundry while talking to the maintenance dude who came to clean out my vents etc, and I am so deep in replies and this is so long I think my dysgraphic ass needs to just stop. But I am trying... Hoarder too but not like on tv. Trauma/ADHD/anxiety induced. My dad can send me hyperthyroid like no one on this planet just via stress
