I have a CBT workbook and stuff like that, I just realized I say "have fun" all the time but I never actually do anything that's sustained fun. Which seems pretty depressed/hypothyroid/we're figuring t out but drs were all on vacation.
(DC peeps if we're enough who are sociable enough want to plan a fun Shackmeet? Etc. )

I mean I'm not a randomly hates exercise person. I was playing 10 hours a week of ultimate (think running most of the time you're playing, often with no ability to sub out because you're a girl).
My college boyfriend once asked if I needed a couple of hours to go to the gym when he came to visit and I was in a mildly cranky mood one day - the only one when I hadn't at least done a minimal workout (I did kickboxing 2x a week and then mostly low-impact cardio and some strength stuff the other days - the low-impact stuff is critical right now to prevent serious injury, especially bc I'm temporarily without my prescription ankle braces or any knee braces).
I just can't do the really endorphin-y stuff or anything that isn't low-impact and not a problem with serious ankle instability and real knee problems bc I'm completely hypermobile and with this level of hypothyroidism I can't actually develop endurance or muscles particularly.
