The Division alpha gameplay footage leaked
Even with an NDA, it appears people have been uploading footage from The Division's closed alpha.
[Update: As we predicted, the original YouTube videos have been removed, but we'll continue updating this story with new footage that pops up online.]
Original story:
The closed alpha for The Division kicked off just a few days ago, and as we predicted, a number of videos taken directly from the alpha have leaked online.
One YouTube user in particular has uploaded a number of videos onto their account. The videos, which we’ve embedded below, show the game in action as they purchase new weapons, complete missions, and enter new areas within New York City. Some of the notable areas the player explores is Chelsea and Pennsylvania Plaza, where we see some of the cover-based combat in action.
We’re sure Ubisoft will have these videos taken down sooner rather than later, so be sure to take it all in while they’re still up. If they get taken down, be sure to check back often as we’ll be sure to replace them with footage from additional sources.

While I hate to use the tired refrain that "this is just the alpha",this is just the alpha, and I'm sure the final product will look better. Or at least,it better look better.
I will say though, that opening cut scene was pretty terrible looking compared to the graphical spendor that we got in the first trailers. -
