Rocket League is still racing down the pitch, with PS4 and PC players alike enjoying its blend of high-octane racing and simple-to-pick-up soccer element. Now it's time to add a little more, as developer Psyonix has officially released the game's first DLC.

For those that need a reminder, Supersonic Fury adds two new cars: the American muscle car Dominus and the Japanese street racer Takumi. These new vehicles will include six new decals, as well as five new paint types, two new rocket boosts, and two need wheel types.

The Supersonic Fury pack is selling for $3.99 on the PlayStation Store and Steam. If that's a little steep, also remember that the recent 1.04 update added some new content of its own for no extra charge.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
