Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth won't be short on characters to journey with. It can be difficult to narrow down which characters to take into battle or even where to begin formulating who will support who. So publisher Atlus is offering a bit of a tutorial on how the party system will work.

Players will be able to form parties of 20 characters. Five of them will be able to battle at once, preferably comprised of characters that can complement one another on the battlefield. Labyrinths will be lengthy affairs, so players are encouraged to switch out party members by exiting the labyrinth and returning with the right crew of 20. Check out how the whole thing works in the video below.

Atlus has also uploaded a fresh batch of character trailers. To watch Fuuka, Rise, Kanji, and Koromaru in action, watch the videos below.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
