Super Smash Bros. for 3DS glitch super-sizes opponents in Multi-Man modes

There's a unique glitch that you can check out in Super Smash Bros. for 3DS right now and it's one that leaves your opponents even more giant than before.

Bumping into giant CPU opponents isn't unusual for the Super Smash Bros. series, but the 3DS version is getting carried away, thanks to a new bug. Yoshi's standard 'B' attack, Egg Lay, is used to swallow opponents and briefly drop them as eggs, but a unique glitch in Multi-Man Brawls appears to increase their size just a tad.

Of course, if you keep doing it over and over again, Yoshi can quickly super-size his opponent. No word on whether Nintendo is looking to address this in a future patch, though it doesn't appear to be too game-breaking, since it only works in Multi-Man modes. Thanks to Eventhubs for the tip.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
