Media Molecule surprised a capacity crowd at Sony's E3 2014 press conference when they revelaed LittleBigPlanet 3 for PlayStation 4. Sackboy returns and he'll also bring along a group of new friends. Oddsock, Toggle, and Swift will all make their LBP debut and each will have their own unique abilities.

The brief demo showed off some of Sackboy's friends all exercising their own skills. Sackboy could also team up with his friends in order to solve puzzles and trigger various effects in the environment.

Remarkably, Media Molecule has added on the announcement post that all of the user-created stages across the series to date will all be available for download on day one. Of course, those feeling inspired can also create entirely new levels from scratch, as well.

Those looking to get their hands on LittleBigPlanet 3 won't have to wait long. It'll be in stores in November.

Media Molecule announced it, even though they are not making it? I read from was it Eurogamer that Media Molecule are not the main developer for this.

That would be a first for a main console entry in the LBP series to not be made by Media Molecule.
