Trials Fusion is riding onto consoles later this week, bringing biking action onto the next generation of consoles for the first time. For Xbox One owners, bike wrecks and horrific ATV accidents are about to look a little better, thanks to a day one patch that's set to increase the game's resolution.

Eurogamer uncovered that Fusion's day one patch would up the resolution from 800p to 900p. They also add that RedLynx had originally aimed for 1080p for both the Xbox One and PS4 versions, but were only able to hit that target for the latter console.

Fusion will run at 60fps across both Xbox One and PS4, as well as on PC.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I'm beginning to wonder if we'll get to a point in this generation where games will just release optimized at the ideal resolution and frame rate.

These rolling release titles are starting to irk me.

Hahahah, hahahah, hahahaha... dude it's gotten progressively worse. Some games are releasing paid betas for the first few months.
