The recently-released Kinect Star Wars game has caused a disrupting in the Force, thanks to its now-infamous dancing mini-game. To refuel the calories burned by LucasArts' controller-free mini-game experience, they've teamed up with 7-Eleven and Lipton for a unique promo that unlocks new content in the game.
If you already own the game, you'll want to head to 7-Eleven. The convenience chain is exclusively offering specially-marked 1-litter bottles of Brisk iced tea. These limited edition bottles are wrapped with a QR code that can be scanned to unlock Anakin's podracer for use in the game. You'll then be able to relieve The Phantom Menace--without using a controller! Full instructions on how to use the code can be found here.
Shacknews' own Ozzie Meija recently reviewed the game, calling the experience "about as much fun as being Force choked by Darth Vader."
Jeff Mattas posted a new article, Kinect Star Wars DLC included on Brisk iced tea bottles.
Convenience store chain 7-Eleven has launched a 'Feel the Force Sweepstakes' in which players can win a Kinect Star Wars prize package by purchasing Brisk iced-tea products, and unlock Anakin's pod-racer in the game.
That's Brisk, baby!
So the target audience for Kinect Star Wars drinks Brisk iced tea? Now it all makes sense.
