Evening Reading

Last night, I finished the StarCraft II campaign after around 12 hours of playtime and it was great. I'll be writing up the full review shortly, but I definitely like that the game was split into three pieces. Blizzard gained so much by focusing on the Terran for the full length of the game.

Now, onto multiplayer!

    Starcraft 2 campaign finished!

Much better than I expected (sc1 with a 3d engine), but the ending was a little meh. why does kerrigan still have zerg hair?

I must be blind but where is the play time counter? and how do I have 25/26 missions done when I beat the campaign.

The playtime for each mission equals aboot 9 hour (I added them up).

I found 3 missions i never did and they're all "other choices" missions, so where is the missing 26/26 mission?

I heard there's a secret mission somewhere in the Rebellion storyline...

There are plenty non-critical missions, if you put away the main story you could easily miss something tosh or findlay gave you.

go into load a game and click on your last save. it will tell you the time played. doesn't count retries tho.

Ye- I agree. Campaign and gameplay was really enjoyable but the story didn't seem to be that epic which was a shame.
Did you finish on Brutal? I had to switch down to Hard for the final mission :(

Story was epic enough plot wise I thought, it was just that the chars weren't that cool to listen to so it was hard to get particularly invested in all the Big Things Happening.

Try beating the Lost Vikings 3 times now :P

I've only been able to beat it once. It's 3 level and then it restarts at level 1 but harder.

I've made it to level 5 so far.

I wish my spacebar had a turbo button though :( It would also be nice if we could play it with a joystick instead.

You can find it by hovering over your portrait in the top right. It's like your full name. There may be a bunch people named jamiejme, but there is only one jamiejme.867

Regarding the spoilers (rtrson and co., do not click): Presumably it's not a full transition back, or at least not immediately. The mental aspects were the most important ones anyway, and if she can still exert some influence over the swarm then Zeratul's hope makes more sense.
