ShackStream: Indie-licious gets its dance on with life, farming, & mons(ters) in Ooblets

We long for the simple life of social interaction, farming, and raising dance monsters to compete in local tournaments, so we're taking Indie-licious to the land of Ooblets!

Don’t you wish life was a little less complicated sometimes? Wish you could go after a simpler existence out on the farm, taking in the sun and breeze, watering the fields, growing critters, and teaching them to dance? Yeah, us too. That’s why the Indie-licious ShackStream is headed over to the land of Oob in Ooblets!

Ooblets is an indie life sim and farming game from developer Glumberland, currently in Early Access on the Epic Games Store and the Microsoft store. In this colorful adventure, players venture to the land of Oob to start another life full of Ooblets. What are Ooblets? Why they’re growable little creatures that can come in a variety of forms. That means we’ll have to learn from the townsfolk, till our fields, water up, and take care to grow our Ooblets. That’s not all though. Ooblets love to dance, and we do too, so we’re going to teach them the all the moves to compete in competitions.

We’ll be playing Ooblets on Indie-licious where we look at the hottest, newest, and most interesting indie games every Monday at 1:30PM PT / 4:30PM ET on the Shacknews Twitch Channel, which you can also find below.

As always, we’d like to thank all of our viewers, followers, and subscribers for joining in on the fun. Your support makes continued projects like Indie-licious possible and your engagement makes it all the more special. Just as a reminder, if you happen to be an Amazon Prime subscriber, don’t forget that each month, you get a free subscription on Twitch as long as you link the two accounts. Is that subscription sitting in your account collecting dust? Throw it our way and we’ll be happy to have it. Check out our guide if you need a hand linking your Amazon Prime and Twitch accounts.

Indie-licious longs for the easy life of a little sun, a little water, and a whole land of unique critters that just want to dance. If you do too, join us on the ShackStream as we play Ooblets!
