QuakeCon is here and fans of the Doom series have reason to celebrate as the upcoming FPS, Doom Eternal will be a heavy focus of the show this year. QuakeCon 2019 will kick off this coming Friday, and the Year of Doom is sure to blow fans away as we take a deeper look at the upcoming sequel to 2016’s highly-successful Doom reboot. Starting at 11:00 AM CT, players can tune into the official Bethesda Twitch channel to learn more about the hottest games coming out of id Software and other Bethesda studios.

There are quite a few things scheduled to take place during this year’s QuakeCon, and fans of Doom will also want to make sure they tune in right after the opening Keynote presentation to learn about Doom’s influence on video games since it’s initial release 25 years ago. The panel will feature an all-star group of Bethesda developers from id Software, MachineGames, Bethesda Game Studios, and Bethesda Softworks.
