If you’re looking to master the ranks of Dota Underlords, then you’re going to need to know all about the various items you can acquire and equip in the new auto battler. In this guide, we’ll discuss each of the items that are available to players, talk about what tier they are considered, and even go over the buff or debuff that each one provides.

To make navigating this article much easier, we’ve included each item in a table below. We’ve also included what tier the item is considered, which should make it easier to see which items are considered “better” than others. As the items change out each season of Dota Underlords, we’ll be providing updates to this article as time goes on, so make sure to check back after new seasons start for the most up to date information.

There are five tiers of items available for players in Dota Underlords. Each tier offers an assortment of different buffs and abilities, most of which can be utilized to make the player’s army much stronger.

Soul Sucking Syphon Allied units 1 cell away from Warlocks will heal for 25% of all damage caused by items and abilities. Global 1
Strange Bedfellows +30% Pure Damage to all Demon Hunters for each unique allied Demon unit. Global 1
Tranquil Boots +100 movement speed and +16 health regen. Support 1
Unstable Reactor Allied Inventors will explode on death, dealing 20% of their Maximum Health to all enemies 1 cell away. Global 1
Vitality Booster +250 Health to the equipper. Defensive 1
Aegis of the Immortal Prevent your next loss of life and destroy Aegis. Win streaks will be preserved. Global 2
Age of Chivalry Non-Knight units will gain +10% damage reduction for every allied Knight 1 cell away. Global 2
Arcane Boots Restore 25 mana to all allies 1 cell away when the equipped hero has greater than 50% mana. Can only be used once per battle. Support 2
Blade Mail Reflects 30% of the damage taken back to the attacking unit. Defensive 2
Blink Dagger Triggers at battle start. Teleport behind enemy lines to the enemy unit farthest from the equipped hero. Support 2
Brooch of the Aggressor +100% mana gained from attacks. Support 2
Completing the Cycle Heal allies 1 cell away over time for 30% of its total health for 6 seconds anytime a Druid dies. Global 2
Coordinated Assault Troll units give +25 attack speed to any allies up to 1 cell away. Global 2
Fall from Grace Human units will now count as Heartless when counting alliances. Global 2
Forged in Battle Brawny units will start the round with +50 maximum health for every unit that they have killed. Global 2
Indomitable Will Debuffs last 50% as long as any Human units. Global 2
Mask of Madness The hero is silenced but receives +10% Lifesteal and +40 attack speed. Offensive 2
Octarine Essence Reduces hero’s ability cooldown by 50%. Support 2
Silver Lining Get 1 gold whenever you lose a fight. Global 2
Smuggler Quality of items that appear at the end of neutral rounds are offered from 1 wave higher. Global 2
Summoning Stone Allied summoned units will have +150 health and +30 attack speed. Global 2
Tooth and Claw Savage units apply a stackable 10 damage per second bleed debuff with each attack. Global 2
Unstoppable Warriors survive for an extra 2 seconds after a killing blow. Global 2
A higher class of Criminal Units in the shop are offered as if you were 1 level higher. Global 3
Check the Bodies Scrappy units have a 20% chance to produce 1 gold when they kill an enemy. Global 3
Dragon’s Hoard Dragon units gain 1% attack damage for every gold you own at the start of the combat phase. Global 3
Elusive Targets All Elusive units are invisible for the first 3 seconds of a combat phase. Global 3
Eye of Skadi Grants +400 health and slows enemies on attack. Offensive 3
Final Flash Mages reset their cooldown and get full mana when they drop below 30% health. Global 3
Font of Creation Primordial units spawn Eidolons upon death. Eidolons are weaker ranged Primordials that do not spawn Eidolons on death. Global 3
Hood of Defiance Grants +50% magic resistance and +10 health regeneration. Defensive 3
Hunter’s Focus Hunters now deal 10% extra attack damage for each other Hunter attacking the same target. Global 3
Mekansm Heals allies up to 3 cells away for 250 health whenever the equipped hero has less than 50% health. Can only be triggered once per combat phase. Support 3
Pocket Sand Assassin’s blind enemies up to 1 cell away from where they land for 2 seconds. Blind debuff grants 50% miss chance and 50% less mana when attacked. Global 3
Retaliate Enemies attacking Scaled units take 80 damage a second for 3 seconds. Time resets every time the Scaled unit is attacked. Global 3
Sacred Relic Grants +60 attack damage. Offensive 3
Shaman Pluck Units attacking a Shaman have a 5% chance of being turned into a chicken. Global 3
Skull Basher Grants +25 attack damage and 25% chance to stun targets for 1.5 seconds. Offensive 3
Vanguard Grants +250 health and 50% chance to block 70 damage when attacked. Defensive 3
Wicked Intent Opponent’s healing is reduced by 25% per unique Heartless unit that you have. Global 3
Battle Fury Melee attacks cleave 30% damage to nearby units. Can only be equipped on melee units. Offensive 4
Black King Bar The equipped hero becomes magic immune for 7 seconds once the first enemy has 100% mana. Can only be used once per battle. Defensive 4
Daedalus Grants +80 attack damage and 30% chance to crit for 235% damage. Offensive 4
Dagon Deal 800 damage to a random enemy unit that has 50% health or less. Can only be triggered once per battle. Offensive 4
Friends and Family Discount All units cost 1 gold less to purchase. Global 4
Maelstrom Grants 25% change on attack to cast a chain lightning attack for 100 damage to 4 targets. Offensive 4
Moon Shard Grants +80 attack speed. Offensive 4
Pipe of Insight Grants +50% magic resistance. Once the first enemy has 100% mana, will apply a shield that blocks 400 magic damage to allies 1 cell away. Can only be used once per battle. Defensive 4
Radiance Burn enemies that are up to 2 cells away for 60 damage per second. Offensive 4
Refresher Orb Refresh all cooldowns and restore 50 mana after casting an ability. Can only be used once per battle. Support 4
Vicious Intent Each of your surviving units, including any summons, will deal 1 additional damage to the opponent if they lose to you. Global 4
Assault Cuirass Equipped hero and any adjacent allies are granted +15 attack speed and +10 Armor. Any adjacent enemies will receive -15 attack speed and -10 Armor. Defensive 5
Bloodthorn Grants +70 attack damage. Whenever an enemy hero has more than 75% mana, silence them for 5 seconds. Attacks against the silence hero crit for 140% and have a guaranteed hit. Requires a 10-second cooldown. Offensive 5
Desperate Measures All units gain +1% attack damage and +1% mana gain on damage taken/received for every 5 points of damage your Underlord has taken in the match. Global 5
Divine Rapier Grants +330 attack damage. If Divine Rapier is being used in combat, and you lose the round, the other play gets the Divine Rapier. Offensive 5
Expanded Roster Grants +1 to your unit cap. Global 5
Heart of Tarrasque Grants +1000 health and regenerates 2% of maximum health every 1 second. Defensive 5
Recruiter Grants one free reroll each round. Global 5
Shiva’s Guard Grants +10 Armor. Also emits a freezing wave that deals 250 damage to any enemies within 3 cells. Slows the enemy’s movement and attack speed for 4 seconds. Can only be used once per battle. Defensive 5
