If you’re one of the millions of people logging into Fortnite each and every day, then chances are you could be one of many currently reporting issues logging into Fortnite Mobile using Google and Facebook login. It’s an unfortunate issue that the team on Fortnite Mobile is aware of, and for the time being they’ve released information on how you can login and bypass the issue itself.

To fix the Google and Facebook login issues, you’re going to need to login to Fortnite and set up a manual password. First, make your way over to the official Epic Games website. Once here, sign into your account using Google or Facebook login. The issue seems to be tied directly to Fortnite Mobile, so you shouldn’t have an issue signing in through a normal browser window.

Use the steps below to login to your Fortnite account and bypass the Google and Facebook login options.

Once in your account, head over to Account > Password & Security > Create a new password. This will allow you to set up a new password for your account. Go ahead and confirm the change through the email that you signed up for your account with, and then open up Fortnite Mobile and press the three bars in the corner. Now, look for the arrow to sign out. Once signed out, log back into Fortnite Mobile using your Epic Games account info (your email and the password that you just set up). This should allow you to bypass the current Facebook and Google login issues plaguing Fortnite Mobile and get back to playing the game.

Of course, we’ll continue to monitor the situation as Epic Games looks into it further. Stay tuned to our Fortnite hub for additional information, and make sure you follow Shacknews on Twitter to have all of our latest content delivered right to your timeline, so you can keep up, no matter where you are.
