It’s easy to make mistakes and accidentally purchase an upgrade that you didn’t want, and with items like Feltrite requiring extra time to gather, it’s important to ensure you adequately distribute your resources. If you’ve messed up your upgrades, or you just want to change up things, you can always reset your Nanotrites and respec in Rage 2.

How to reset Nanotrites and respec in Rage 2

Players have eight main abilities they can upgrade and unlock in Rage 2, as well as three main attributes. If you’ve somehow unlocked something you don’t want, or if you just want to try changing up the ability upgrades you have, then you can visit the doctor in Wellspring to reset your Nanotrites and respec your character in Rage 2.

To find the doctor, named Doc Karl, you’ll need to make your way to Wellspring. It’s located along the main storyline, and the town can be found in the Torn Plains area. Once you’ve unlocked Wellspring, you can actually fast travel to it, so don’t be afraid to make use of that shortcut if you’ve already acquired it.

Once you arrive in Wellspring, head inside and follow the path to the right. This will lead to a small tunnel through a series of buildings. Continue through the tunnel on the left, and on the other side you should see another opening on the right. This is where you’ll find Doc Karl. Inside you can talk to the vendor. You’ll be able to purchase a series of upgrades, as well as reset your Nanotrites for $500 cash. Keep in mind that resetting your Nanotrites will completely wipe all the upgrades that you’ve acquired so far for your abilities, however it will also return your resources to you, allowing you to respec easily.
