NVIDIA drops new Game-Ready driver ahead of Monster Hunter: World PC launch

The new driver also has optimizations for WoW: Battle For Azeroth.

Like clockwork, the folks over at NVIDIA have a new graphics card driver ready to roll ahead of major PC gaming releases. The new 398.82 driver features optimizations for Monster Hunter: World and World of Warcraft: Battle For Azeroth, in addition to the regular inclusions of bug fixes and the newest revisions of the HD Audio Driver, 3D Vision Controller, and GeForce Experience.

As the beginning of August brings a giant heap of new game releases, this is a busy time for the team at NVIDIA. New PC games are not the only concern for the company, though. The GPU rumor mill has been working overtime for the last few months talking about the company’s new graphics cards. NVIDIA announced that they would have a large presence at the upcoming Gamescom show in Germany later this August. The company teased some big surprises for the event, which will almost assuredly be the official unveiling of the new graphics cards. Stay tuned to Shacknews for more news on the announcement as it becomes available.
