Top 10 Super Smash Bros. Stages (For Fun)

Greg Burke is up to his ears in assignments this week, which leaves Senior Editor Ozzie Mejia to count down the 10 best Super Smash Bros. stages in the franchise's history.

Greg Burke has been hard at work in the lab, trying to get all of the best post-E3 2018 content out there. (There's even a surprise coming for long-time followers of Shacknews, so stay tuned for that!) So that means he doesn't have too much time for Top 10s right now.

Fortunately, that's where I come in. I'm still riding a bit of a high from the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate reveal, especially with the news that just about everything that's been in the series so far is set to return. With that said, check out our Top 10 Best Super Smash Bros. Stages across the entire series.

As noted in the video, we're operating on the caveat that these are the best stages for casual play. A list for best competitive stages is a whole different animal and one that will be tackled in the future.

Want to see what else Greg and the rest of the Shacknews staff was up to at E3 and beyond? Be sure to check out all of our videos on YouTube, across both the Shacknews and GamerHub.TV channels.

Senior Editor

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
