E3 2018: Ubisoft Details The Division 2, Including Release Date, Endgame Content, and Free DLC

While the world got its first look at The Division 2 during Microsoft’s E3 event, publisher Ubisoft took the time to give the game a closer look during its own conference Monday afternoon. The proceedings began with an all-new cinematic trailer that serves to give players an idea of the vibe that The Division 2 will bring. Unlike the first game, the development team at Massive is placing a huge focus on endgame content.

Once players reach the max level in The Division 2, all new gameplay modes, including 8-man raids. Players will also be able to spec into one of three different specialty classes: Sharpshooter, Demolitionist, Survivalist. Ubisoft also revealed that three post-launch content packs will be free to all owners of The Division 2.

Ubisoft announced that more details on the Division 2 will be made available during exclusive play events following their E3 presentation. The Division 2 will arrive on consoles and PC March 15, 2019.
