E3 2018: Sea of Solitude Joins EA Originals, Releases Early 2019

Conquer loneliness and solve the affliction plaguing humanity.

Sea of Solitude has been revealed at E3 2018 with a moving teaser trailer showing off a world submerged in water and plagued with monsters. Players take on the role of a young woman who has turned into a monster and must figure out why this has happened, and a way to transform her back into a human.

The premise is that as humans get lonely, they turn into monsters, a very real look at the human condition. The trailer for Sea of Solitude shows off what looks like some impressive water-based physics puzzles, among a gorgeous looking world.

Currently being developed by Jo-Mei, Sea of Solitude has joined the EA Origins program and has received a release window of early 2019.
