Call of Duty remains one of the most popular franchises in all of gaming and 2017’s entry, Call of Duty: WW2, managed to sell like gangbusters, despite middling reviews. WW2 marks the series’ return to its Great War roots, while managing to retain the frantic multiplayer style that made it a household name back in 2007 with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
