If you've got some extra time to burn on this Valentine's Day and the days after, get your tactical juices flowing with the 5th annual Make War Not Love event from SEGA. The event celebrates the holiday with discounts on various strategy games from the publisher and participants will also receive free copies of Shinobi and Streets of Rage 2 on Steam.
The two free games will be added to your Steam library when you join the fight via the official Make War Not Love website. The event takes place over five days, will track the amount of playtime from each participant, and there will be different sales available on each day. Today's bundle Viking: Battle For Asgard and Total War: Warhammer plus 75% of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 2 Retribution. Once the required amount of gameplay hours is reached, the bundle will unlock.
How does all this work? You must play one or more of the featured games for this year and contribute to the number of hours played. Once each daily goal is reached, the daily bundle will be added to your Steam account. Each bundle will include a combination of free games, DLC, and coupons for other titles.
The featured games that you must play to help with the Make War Not Love campaign are all currently discounted if you haven't already added them to your library. Total War: Warhammer and Warhammer 2, Endless Space 2, Dawn of War 3, and Company of Heroes 2 are all available for up to 75% off.
