Wolfenstein 2 Crack More Nazi Skulls with Free Trial

On the fence as to whether to partake in Bethesda and MachineGames' romp through alternate history? Wolfenstein II now has a free trial to help make the choice easier.

Bethesda is giving thanks this holiday weekend to our world that's (mostly) free of Nazis. B.J. Blazkowicz knows how to take care of Nazis and now everyone else can, too, for a short period, with a special Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus free trial.

Bethesda announced on Wednesday morning that Wolfenstein II's first level is now available to play in its entirety. If players like what they see, they can retain their save file and return to the campaign whenever they pick up the full version of the game. Given that Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales will be plentiful on Steam, the Xbox Marketplace, and PlayStation Store, this might be the weekend to grab it. We certainly liked what we saw, so after looking at the Shacknews review, make your own judgement call.

For anyone that does decide to stick with Wolfenstein II this weekend, maybe give our Wolfenstein II Walkthrough and Guide a look.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
