Retro JRPG Grinsia coming to PC and 3DS

A port of a mobile RPG may not sound wholly exciting, but Nicalis has proven it has an eye for picking games to port (from VVVVVV to The Binding of Isaac), so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. The publisher has announced it's bringing Kemco's retro-styled RPG Grinsia to PC, Nintendo 3DS, Mac, and Linux, polished up a little.

The Binding of Isaac has sold two million

Pssh, who'd be interested about a boy who cries tears at manifestations of his abusive relationship with his zealously religious mother? Not Nintendo, certainly. But The Binding of Isaac has sold jolly nicely on PC, recently hitting two million sales according to Edmund McMillen. The co-creator has also spoken more about plans for its remake, Rebirth.

Cave Story+ now available via Steam

Indie developers Nicalis and Studio Pixel have released the HD version of their beloved action-adventure, called Cave Story+, for PC via Steam.

NightSky coming to 3DS eShop

Indie PC game NightSky is getting a 3DS port, developer Nicalis announced last night. The company also hinted at a second 3DS game in the works to release after NightSky.
