Recipe

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz 2:1 Symple Syrup
  • 2 oz Champagne
  1. Decide the version you want: in a champagne flute or in a collins glass with ice
  2. Shake ingredients on ice sans champagne
  3. Pour 2 oz of champagne gently into tin
  4. Strain into glass, top with champagne if necessary or desired

Portal companion ice cubes optional in tom collins version, but highly recommended.
