Hello everyone, you local track afficiando here with another reivew of a Wreckfest track mod. Come back inside the cabin, get comfortable by the fire, and let me tell you a story about a mod called Pete's Tracks.

Right off the bat, the presentation of Pete's Tracks gives a much better impression than the VeryTrackPack. Crucially each track has a layout and description in the track select screen, making it a lot less of a crapshoot to tell what you're getting when you load up. The tracks themselves also look a lot more professional than what's in most of TVTP, with actual lighting, textures and props.

This mod includes six brand new environments with multiple layouts per track. There are also some alternative layouts of existing tracks that really 'explore the space'. More interestingly, good ol' Pete has created several track layouts inside of the Wrecking Playground map. Lets find out which tracks are worth wreckin' and racing, and what's a pass.

This time around I've just put the list of tracks I think are worth checking out below, but I'll also include a link to the table with all of my full comments on each suggested track. I had the same goal as before; cut out the trash so we can get to the fun stuff quickly. I've divided the tracks into rough groups of 'Sweaty' and 'Fun'. It's not that Sweaty tracks can't be fun, but they are a bit more technical. If a track or environment does not appear in the list it doesn’t mean we can’t try it, it just means that I think it’s probably janky, too long or just not that fun. Environment/Track Description
Sweaty  
Hockzales Speedring  
Short 1/2 Flat and fast tarmac racetrack, gives off some Espedalen vibes. Stick to the shorter layouts.
Joabton Circuit  
National Another fast tarmac track with some elevation changes. I think it's based on the real-life Donington Park circuit.
Labbena Salsa (Totally not Leguna Seca!)  
Short Shorter version of the full track with a fun hill climb up to the 'Corkscrew' turn.
Club The club layout doesn't include the corkscrew, but is shorter and still has a fun hill.
Tocalino  
Club Tight, winding course with a banked turn, gives off Espedalen Short vibes.
North Another fun layout that's a bit more open than the Club version.
Tempelhof  
Circuit Four Set on an airport! Faster of the set, has flowing flat turns and a banked turn.
Espedalen Variations  
Sarja Like a bit more of a curvy Espedalen Short.
Pitkallinen Espedalen long with a crossover? Might be interesting.
Etela Short and fast Espedalen track, watch the barriers!
Firwood Variations  
Flow Fast, almost oval version of Firwood
All others Good tracks, just nothing particulaty special about them.
Hillstreet Variations  
Long Interesting only because it goes all over the freaking map.
Fun  
Boulder Bank Variations  
Double-X Has both the loop and middle of the track crossovers, twice the fun!
Pinehills Variations  
Crazy A version of the track that crosses back on itself, can be fun!
Manteln Version with some accidental crossover potential :)
Manteln Specific  
Espedalen League Reverse A bit more curvy Espedalen Short, similar to Sarja.
Deathloop Duo Deathloop split into two side-by-side, might be interesting just because of that.
Just For Fun Tracks  
Eight Valley Raceway Split Figure-8 with a slower bridge/tunnel option to wuss out and skip the crossover. Looks like a fun figure-8.
Playground Races (Doable)  
Just an Oval The oval with spinners on each side and turn, watch your line!
Let it Flow Race built around the mounds section which has a nice flow.
Looping Race through the hazzards and around the stomping spider, watch out!
Endboss Fight More of a survival race through a lot of the crusher traps, only need 1 lap.
Playground Races (Practically Impossible)  
The Turbine Through the turbine, then up the crazy elevated track
Rise and Fall Have to go up the huge hill which makes it very difficult
Precision Required Not lying, have to jump through car-sized holes
It Ain't Easy Tries to climb the high tower, very frustrating
Give Me The Race Races through almost all of the Playground, way too long
Ludicrous Acceleration Track that goes through both cannons, unsurvivable
Extreme Rivalry Races almost completely on thin elevated section
Warehouse Run Not fun going through a bunch of warehouse doors
Alien Skull Almost there but too technical when it goes up top
Small Bumps The bumps are in fact not small!
