I would agree if I can play without motion. Just make it like Super Punch Out!! and they can have my money. If I have to use motion controls, I'm out. :(

There are button and motion setups, the day one tree house overview looked like it works well.

I really like the art direction of this game, but I don't understand why Nintendo didn't leverage their Punch Out!! brand instead of using some stupid generic name like Arms.

This is like Punch Out meets Splatoon as far as art direction goes. I think it's because the spring arms don't fit the classic Punch Out look and feel. That being said, it's kinda a weird situation since they're both boxing games.

Its kind of both a fighting game and a shooting game. You're punching, controlling space, doing footsies, but you're also anticipating and leading targets over time. Punch Out is totally different.

That said, they really need to port Punch Out from the Wii, that game was great.

Uh, it isn't a game made by Nintendo though, so why would it be Punch Out?

Who do you think is making Arms? It is a Nintendo developed game.

My bad, I mixed up the games for some reason! I thought we were talking about a different game.
