Last week's UK sales figures show that the top three sales spots are held by the usual suspects. Activision's Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare holds #1, even though it's numbers are a 30% drop from last year's iteration.
Electronic Arts is hot on Activision's trailer though. The #2 game for the week was FIFA 17, and #3 was Battlefield 1. Activision has held the #1 spot with its Call of Duty franchise over the Christmas holiday in the UK for the last two years in a row, and they're poised to make this the third.
I haven't got my hands on the U.S. sales figures for the month to date so far, but I predict a similar trend here. The complete chart for last week is below:
|Last Week||This Week||Title|
|3||1||Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare|
|2||4||Final Fantasy XV|
|New Entry||5||Dead Rising 4|
|6||6||Watch Dogs 2|
|New Entry||7||The Last Guardian|
|Re-Entry||9||Skyrim: Special Edition|
