Planet Coaster is the spiritual successor to picking people up in Roller Coaster Tycoon and dropping them in the water, as far as I'm concerned. It looks like a pretty fun time if you're into making your own roller coasters, which is probably exactly why modder Joey Designs took several real-world coasters and recreated them in-game.

You can take to the game's Steam Workshop to download several real-world coasters, including GhostRider from Knott's Berry Farm, Kingda Ka from Six Flags Great Adventure, and the Wild Eagle from Dollywood. While I've never actually ridden any of those coasters, you've got to admire the handiwork that went into making these come to life.
