GOG's Monstrous Winter Sale has begun, offering discounts on PC games new and classic from now until December 11.

To celebrate, the DRM-free platform is giving away Neverwinter Nights Diamond Edition for free for 48 hours. Diamond Edition gets you the base game and its expansions.

GOG's sales operate according to a carousel model. One set of discounts is available now, and will rotate tomorrow.

'Tis the season to discount video games. Steam's winter sale begins on December 22. Additionally, Steam and all digital platforms for consoles are discounting games nominated for tonight's Game Awards show hosted by Geoff Keighley.
