Stardew Valley to Release on Xbox One in December

Prepare to swap out the corporate grind for a quieter life in the Valley.

Starting December 14, Xbox Wire reports the indie sleeper hit Stardew Valley will be available on the Xbox One, and those interested can begin pre-ordering the digital download on November 30th via the Microsoft Store.

Focusing on a character who leaves a corporate job to live a quieter life in the country, Stardew Valley is a game in a similar vein to those of Harvest Moon and Animal Crossing. In it, players get their own plot of land to till, plant, and raise up into a successful farm while also forging relationships with the townspeople and discovering secrets about the valley itself.

Stardew Valley originally released on PC and eventually went on to sell over a million copies on Steam only a few months after release.
