Quantum Break: Timeless Collector's Edition delayed two weeks

It is timeless after all, so no big deal, right?

After announcing Quantum Break: Timeless Collector's Edition to much fanfare, Nordic Games has decided that since it is timeless, delaying it two weeks should not matter.

The game, which was originally slated for September 14, has been pushed back to a September 29 release because of "additional time needed for mastering and manufaturing." The delay affects both the Steam and retail versions.

In case you missed the announcement last month, the game will sell for $39.99 and contain:

  • Premium packaging
  • 5 Game Discs (one-time Steam key redemption required)
  • Making of Blu-Ray
  • Making of Book
  • 1 Soundtrack CD (Audio-CD)
  • 2 Posters
  • Quickstart Guide

Must be the premium packaging that is the issue.
