Gamescom emanates from Cologne, Germany from August 17-21, and Sony will be there to show off the latest and greatest games coming to PS4. The console manufacturer published a complete list of games playable at its booth on its German PlayStation Blog.

A good number of VR titles made the list, as did Bungie's forthcoming Rise of Iron expansion for Destiny, and Titanfall 2, which marks the first installment in the series to be available on PlayStation hardware. You'll find the complete list of games below.

In related news, Sony sent out invitations to a PlayStation Meeting event scheduled for PlayStation Theater in New York. Consensus among fans and games press is that Sony will officially (and finally) unveil PlayStation Neo, a newer, more powerful PlayStation 4.
