Mighty No. 9 isn't just mighty. He's a master... class, that is, as touted by the latest trailer for the 2D platformer helmed by ex-Mega Man producer Keiji Inafune.

The trailer is quintessentially retro, showcasing shooty power-ups, rapid dashing, and lots of explosions—all draped in a shiny coat of paint.

It also serves as a reminder than Mighty No. 9 is actually happening: following several delays, the game will finally arrive on June 21 for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS, NVIDIA Shield, and Steam.
