Pokemon Sun and Moon Officially Announced via Nintendo Direct

The wait is over and it's finally official, Pokemaniacs. Nintendo has just unveiled the next entries in the long-running Pokemon role-playing game series during the special Pokemon-themed Nintendo Direct.

Pokemon Sun and Moon will be releasing Holiday 2016 with the addition of two Chinese languages, increasing the language count to 9, expanding further to include more players around the world.

The announcement came alongside the reminder that you can pick up the original Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow tomororw in the Nintendo 3DS eShop. These new games will utilize the Pokemon Bank storage service, so you can bring classic Pokemon to the Pokemon Sun and Moon versions as well.

The video itself may have been very brief, but it's huge news for the Pokemon community and trainers around the world. Who's ready to get their Pokemon on later this year?
