Halo 5's Forge Mode Just Got A Lot Less Restrictive

Just don't use all those save files for maps with crude images made with guns.

343 Industries has just released an update for Halo 5: Guardians that doubles the number of maps and game types players can save or create in Forge mode.

Previously, players were relegated to saving only 40 game files in Forge mode, but now that number has increased to 100. Now you can play and create to your heart's content, with plenty of places to keep those maps you worked hard on.

Forge mode hasn't always been a part of Halo 5: Guardians, interestingly enough, as it just made its arrival on the scene in December with the latest free update for the shooter. It still remains an extremely popular mode for those who want to go beyond the confines of the levels 343 Industries has set out for players, and hearkens back to the simpler days of Halo 3, when it was first introduced.
