Shack's Arcade Corner - Star Wars Trilogy

Star Wars Day was Monday, but today is Revenge of the Sixth at Shacknews. So for this week's Shack's Arcade Corner, Greg Burke checks out the Star Wars Trilogy cabinet.

Star Wars Day came and went on Monday, with many fans issuing a jolly "May the 4th be with you" to all. Here at Shacknews, however, today is Revenge of the Sixth, which is why we're returning to Star Wars for this week's Shack's Arcade Corner.

Join Greg Burke as he takes a look at the Star Wars Trilogy arcade cabinet. As the name implies, it collects some of the best moments of Episodes IV through VI and offers them up as playable missions. That includes the original Death Star run, the Battle of Hoth, and the speeder bike chase on Endor. There's a lot to cover here and Greg offers a full overview in the video below.

I never enjoyed playing that game. I always sucked at it, and my dollar would get me all of like 30 seconds of game. :/

Timeline got one in, and they charge hourly -- I should go try it out there. I doubt that it'll replace Atari's old vector Star Wars game as my favorite though. ;)

Awesome Greg, nice video man great stuff keep em coming.

Man I only got to play this sucker once and it was epic but pretty hard I can only remember I was freaking out when I played it. The game was such a massive experience sort of like VR today for the new gen of gamers who never got a taste of the Arcade era.

MvsC 1 YES! such a classic man Venom and Ryu all the way.
